How much does it cost to hire the Nomad coffee van?
Van hire is free for events. Tell us about your event and we’ll confirm exactly how it works for you in your quote.

We’re based in Worcestershire and travel across Worcestershire, Warwickshire, the West Midlands and Herefordshire. Further afield? Ask us.
What events do you cater for?
Weddings, corporate and staff events, festivals, fairs, carnivals, sports days, bonfire nights, film sets and private parties. We’ve served at CarFest, Moovin Festival, Astwood Bank Carnival, Evesham Rugby Festival, Spetchley Gardens and Worsley Bonfire Night, and for Metrolink and Molson Group.
What do you serve from the van?
Barista coffee (latte, cappuccino, americano, espresso, mocha), luxury hot chocolate, Yorkshire and herbal teas, soft drinks and water, plus porridge, snack bars, blondies, brownies and crisps. Oat and plant milks and flavoured syrups are available.
What do you need from us on the day?
A flat, level pitch for the van and easy vehicle access. Let us know about power on site when you enquire and we’ll talk you through the rest.
How far ahead should I book?
As soon as you have a date. Summer weekends and the bonfire and Christmas season go quickly.
